I have been with the Library since December of 2015. I have a bachelor’s degree in education that I received from Purdue (Boiler Up!) in 2013. I was born and grew up in the Amboy/Converse area and graduated from Oak Hill in 2008. In my spare time I like to help on the family farm and watch movies. I also volunteer at my church. I love to read and like many different books and genres; feel free to ask me for recommendations. This is my first library job and I love it; being able to work in the area I grew up in and love coming into work is a joy! |

I have been at the Library since August of 2006. I work as the program director here and I enjoy planning different activities and events for all age groups. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outside with my family, riding bikes & planting flowers. We also love to cruise, travel, and go camping with friends at state parks all over Indiana and Michigan.
JESSICA
I have loved to read my entire life! On my days off from the Library, my husband, Paul, & I enjoy fishing, going to Pacers games & spending time with our adult daughters & their husbands. I also enjoy shopping for and buying antiques & am a huge animal lover and enjoy our rescue dog and cat immensely! I have been employed at the Library since September of 2015. My favorite thing about my job at the Library is processing and handling the new book orders; the children and the elderly patrons are the icing on the cake at my job here at the Library for sure!

I started working at the Library in January of 2017. I am married to Nijaul and mother to Wyatt, Kenae, and Karina. I grew up in Gas City, IN, and earned my college degree at Indiana Wesleyan University. I really enjoy reading, when I have time, and I love to read many different genres. I love watching my kids in their different sports and activities, which keeps me rather busy. My family and I also love to go camping; it is a wonderful family activity. We really enjoy visiting the many different State Parks in Indiana as well as other states. One of our favorite parks is Gulf Shores Alabama State Park. I love working at the Library and helping patrons find books that they enjoy reading.

I began my journey with the library in August of 2023. I am a native of Bloomington, IN and currently live in Sweetser with my husband Tony. We love spending time with our two sons and their lovely wives, and our sweet and energetic grandchildren. We also enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I love all things books, movies, and music! In my spare time I like to craft, upcycle old items, and usually have a few DIY projects in varying degrees of progress. Working at the library is a wonderful way to meet new people and be immersed in this vibrant community.
